UNI Card – Shipping & Refund Policies
1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and the supplier, usually 7–21 business days for standard shipping.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
2. Missing or Never-Received Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@unicard.com.

We will check with the carrier and supplier to locate your package.

If confirmed missing, we will issue a full refund or resend the item.
3. Damaged or Broken Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or broken, contact us at info@unicard.com and send a photo.

Once we verify the issue, you will receive a full refund, and you do not need to return the item — you can keep it.
4. Delivered to Wrong Address

If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the shipping info you provided, contact us immediately.

We will try to recover the package with the carrier.

If the item cannot be recovered, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

All refunds are subject to verification (photo proof for damaged items, confirmation from the carrier for missing items).
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
