UNI Card – Shipping & Refund Policies

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the supplier, usually 7–21 business days for standard shipping.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. Missing or Never-Received Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@unicard.com.

  • We will check with the carrier and supplier to locate your package.

  • If confirmed missing, we will issue a full refund or resend the item.

3. Damaged or Broken Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or broken, contact us at info@unicard.com and send a photo.

  • Once we verify the issue, you will receive a full refund, and you do not need to return the item — you can keep it.

4. Delivered to Wrong Address

  • If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the shipping info you provided, contact us immediately.

  • We will try to recover the package with the carrier.

  • If the item cannot be recovered, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

  • All refunds are subject to verification (photo proof for damaged items, confirmation from the carrier for missing items).

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
